Simple and inutitive

The program opens full-screen so young fingers cant accidentally click in the wrong place. Each card has a verbal indicator, and you can easily change between four and 24 cards for more of a challenge.

There dont appear to be many other options besides that, however. Developers, I would like to ask a few feature requests:

1) Use a custom mouse cursor, since the regular Mac cursor is a little small and doesnt match the rest of the artwork
2) Can sounds be toggled somehow, other than muting the system sounds?
